I feel like I rarely, if ever, hear a strong recommendation for a General Contractor. Usually, the relationship is a one-time deal and the homeowner and GC end on bad terms. In fact, someone once said to me: “There’s a reason you don’t meet a person’s General Contractor at a cocktail party….it always ends badly.” I’m writing this to say that my experience with Josh and his team at JP Construction (Jesse, Marty, and others) was absolutely the opposite. Not only does Josh carry himself with great professionalism, but he successfully dealt with the inevitable challenges of a changing scope of work, tight timelines, and a complex renovation for our 1951 (old!) home. It felt great to have a trusted and reliable professional on our side. He responds quickly, finds cost-effective solutions, meets deadlines, and provides a high quality work product. I recommend Josh to friends, family, and colleagues often and would absolutely work with him again.

My wife and I used JP Construction to renovate our home. This was a very large project so we wanted to make sure we had the right contractor for the job. Josh and his team were amazing to work with the entire process. They were in constant communication with us. We never had to wonder what was going on or what stage we were at. Josh really listened to what we wanted and made our dream home a reality. He also showed great patience with us when we added or changed something. Like most people, budget and timeframe were very important to us. There were never any surprise costs or unexpected delays that popped up.
